The Network Firm LLP is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”). The AICPA is the largest association representing the accounting profession in the world. The AICPA provides educational guidance, develops and grades Uniform CPA Examination, and enforces compliance within the profession.

The AICPA requires that active members must participate in an external peer review triennially to review its system of accounting and audit quality control for nonpublic companies.
